Robert Pattinson plays charming Cedric Diggory, and even though he may not be coming back for another HP film, that didn't stop the 19-year old from having fun with the cast on Goblet of Fire. In fact, Robert admits he was happy playing out his character's untimely end.
How old were you when you decided to be an actor?
I dont know, I haven't really decided to be an actor yet! I started doing plays when I was about 15 or 16. I only did it because my dad saw a bunch of pretty girls in a restaurant and he asked them where they came from and they said drama group. He said "Son, that is where you need to go."
What was it like working with Emma?
Emma is really, raelly cool. She seems so much older than she is. I find her quite intimidating. Well, not really, I always find myself trying to impress her. She's very very clever.
When you read the book and found out about your role as Cedric, were you happy with the ending?
Yeah, I was actually. That was something I was really looking forward to doing, and it was been pretty fun dying. You don't really get to die that often, it was quite our of the ordinary.
